When I read Heavenletters, I ALWAYS keep in mind that God is saying these words to me, and God is saying these same words to each individual one of my brothers/sisters who so happen to be reading Heavenletters.
It's sort of like that sitcom, Roseanne. When it's bedtime, she goes into each child's room and tucks them in, kisses them "Goodnight", and tells each one, "You know you're my favorite.", or "You're special". I consider it rather endearing.
Sometimes, just to "check it out", I read a Heavenletter and substitue "he" or "she" for all the "you", "you", "you". Otherwise, I'd think God was chiding, chiding, chiding me.
Everyonce in a while when appropro, I turn it around...and imagine it is me talking to God.
Personally, I like lots of different viewpoints on a situation...
