After my stroke I had to learn to walk, talk, type, and dress myself so I know the need for energy. P.S. Karen, some day I'll share some of my experiences on Iwo Jima or the Philippenes during the II World War. As a medic I learned how much men need love and understanding during their transition. luv yu
