Not receiving Heaven Letter

On September 14th, 2009 Elizabeth and Schatzi (not verified) says:

I also am having the same problem with getting the Heaven Letter; and with posting this message. The last one received was 9/5 and I am getting an error message here saying the name I am using belongs to a registered user, I'll try again with my cat's name. I sent an email to you and got an email that I should post here. Please help me resolve this issue, I really miss the daily letters.
