We're so sorry for the difficulty you are experiencing. I don't know your email address, but I am going to guess that you have a hotmail or msn. email address. Do you?
Here's what Heaven Admin sent me today:
It looks like Hotmail and MSN have introduced some new settings to their system and Heaven mails are being blocked. I got many support requests from Hotmail and MSN subscribers recently. Here is the fix that I am sending out to those who are having this difficulty:
We recently have been getting many emails from subscribers who have MSN or Hotmail accounts with the same issue. I think it may be related to a new setting or filter introduced by Hotmail recently.
Try this...
1) Login to hotmail
2) Click "Options" -> "More options"
3) Under "Junk e-mail" click "Safe and blocked senders" -> Safe senders
4) add heavenletters.org to the Safe senders and domains list
Margaret who had the same difficulty as you did get a gmail address.
Someone else who had unsubscribed and then resubscribed was still stuck with the same difficulty.
