Go to the bottom of the first page where it says CONTACT US.
On the CONTACT US page in the middle there is in orange letters: SEND US YOUR SHOW SUGGESTIONS.
By the way on the top of first page there is a section called SPIRIT: I believe that if either you or I or both us submit Heavenletters and you, you will be directed to the right slot. I didn't follow the SPIRIT section or WEBCAST sections, but you might investigate these. Yet I believe you'll be directed to the appropriate interview place by registering with Oprah.Com.

PS I just went back to the Oprah site and realize I've made two errors. First there is no WEBCAST section (I don't know where I got that idea). Also the number of characters is 2000 NOT 200.... sorry for any inconvenience.
