Like this beloved suggests, this is a good idea but HOW on earth do you empty a garbage can you can even see?
Yes, some thoughts are like comfortable shoes we wear because they feel good.
Some thoughts don't even feel good and we wear them because we don't know how to give them to God.
How do we do that sort of thing?
Be still and know that I AM is the good force that will help if we take time to get real still.
