Pitta, we are the ones who are going to be that "someone who teach you the wonderful world". It's like we are starting a new way. Our experiences growing up are so valuable because they add power to our understanding and depth to the teachings we will share with our children.
The "discovery" of love heals the past. I discovered love in my life. It was there all the time, but I was taught and conditioned to look elsewhere, as was the society I grew up in. This may be similar for many of us.
I often marvel at the difference between adults who were brought up on a healthy diet of love and those who were given meager portions, but what strikes me the most, is that the differences of the past fade away for ones who are in love.
