Attachment and Judgement, the inside-out of the same pants.

This Heaven Sutra 454 matched with today's Heavenletter makes me realize a connection that I hadn't done before. Attachment and Judgement share a common nature, only their direction is opposite. Attachment is "whom or what we judge is right for us" and Judgement is "whom or what we want to Detach from because it does not seem right for us". And surprisingly enough both generate a PAIN. Pain from attachment is called the sense of loss. Pain from judgement (which is more subtile) is called grief of not being able to connect or to be connected to whom/what we judge.

But in the deep reality of ourselves, what are we suffering from? Not from the subject/object of our loss or of our judgement, but from loosing control of our conception of Reality, which happens to be "good old fellow-Ego". We pretend we are turning to God but we are still under the yoke that keeps us prisoner of forms, ideas, concepts, feelings, emotions, thoughts and "crooked" attitudes. We can't let go deep down inside. Yet, at the same time, we are in a physical 3D world to prove ourselves that we are, in reality, beyond destruction, death, pain and suffering because we are Beings of Light, the Light of the Infinite Creator who manifests Himself in a restrictive, dual and limitative reality. The rest is pure Illusion. How can Illusion be so painful!?!?
