Could it be that some server through which the Heavenletters are sent blocks some messages due to the large quantity? It happened to me before that emails bounced back and then you need this specific email because of the information it contains and send it to your provider, who then will contact the server in question and hopefully solve the problem. Although.... what you say to Nancy does not sound like messages bouncing back. I have some experience with hotmail where messages I sent got lost and others that were sent to me got lost also, but since I don't use hotmail this cannnot be the case here.
