Heavenletters in German
Posted March 14th, 2010 by LuusNow that I am translating Heavenletters into Dutch, I want to keep as close as possible to the English text, but it is not always easy to find the correct word or expression in Dutch. What I try to do in such a case now, is look at how it has been translated into German and sometimes this is a big help to me. Once when I had deleted the Heavenletter in question I went to Heavenletters German, but unfortunately only the ones translated by Stefan are there to be found. Then I tried to track it down by going to Theophil's profile and click on "track". At first I thought that this would work, but this morning I noticed that all Heavenletters there are in English.
Often when God talks in metaphors I don't think I can translate a particular Heavvenletter properly, but I had a good talk with Him and as always He complied with my request and uses plain language in the most recent Heavenletters, so that I don't have difficulty in translating them (smile!). And I must say that I love translating them more and more. It's a much better use of my time than playing games on the computer!!!
But I understand that the problem will be fixed and then I need no longer keep the German translations which are sent by email in my files.
