This H.L really talks to me. Yes put your mind to sleep and enjoy God's presence. I can tell you it's a wonderful feeling. If it does not work first off try again. God tells us the mind is a very good tool but needs a rest to be more alert so disconnect and enjoy talking to God. It is rather pleasant.
