Dear Engin,
the seeming other, is another person standing in front of us.
God uses this expression often to make it clear that as WE ARE ALL ONE, there actually are no 'other' persons, but everyone is ME. So the other (person) seems or appears to be separate, but in effect it's only an illusion.

I know this is a concept that is difficult to understand even for most readers of the translations, but I kept it anyway as such, because I didn't want to change God's words and because I'm sure it will make people ponder its meaning.
