I spent so many years with different approaches to either let go of, or embrace or transcend the past...But what finally appeared to happen was that I forgot about all of these approaches so that the importance of doing something about the past fell away...Of course, past memories surface from time to time...and they are greeted, in the present, by this heart of "mine" that embraces all with a loving equanimity. Hmmm. So this way I don't have to worry about holding onto or letting go or whatever. Life is way easier...and far more simple. Loving you all....Jim and Jimi.
