Love does not mean "PAIN!"...nor does it mean that we sacrifice out integrity, or place our needs aside.

At best, it is eternal & never ceases,although we may feel shaken by hurtful events...However, we don't allow an assailant to keep assaulting in th ename of 'loving'!!

It is important to say :"STOP!"...& to refrain from those who hurt us.

There is one accord in appreciating the various colours of a rainbow. Yet, is another to support or say "yes, ofcourse' to the on ewho want sto destroy the rainbow altogether.

To say that there is no right, or wrong i sperhaps to say that I am unable of identifying who and 'what' I am, both in the eyes of the Creator, and as the essence of my soul & psyche.

This is dangerous...It relegates hatred of ourselves & without love & honour and true self acceptance of who one is...it is impossible to love another.

Yes, it is important to have resepct for others-to appreciate diversity.
Let diversity be a beautiful pictur eof god's palate.
Yet, let me within that pallette...KNOW THAT ALTHOUGH I MAY HAVE VARIOUS SHADES THAT my tone, my song, my beauty, i sunique to me...no better...but as I am 'myself'...it is I who can dance my dance.Until we give ourselves permisssion to dance our own dance...then we cannot truly dance within the greater orchestration of the world at large.
afterall, as each snowflake is brilliantly unique, so are our own patterns.
Every motion, thought, word, note & sound that we emit is perfect,as the individual self...anger is not horrid, joy is not guilt -ridden.If then ther eis an judgement to release it i sto release the judgements we place on ourselves as being anything other than perfect.
So, i say Beloveds love thyself as you love no other.
Love your voice.Love you body.
Love your thoughts.Love your movements & love the scope of your emotions & feelings.

When you have come to love yourself..surely you are free to love all the selves around you, without a necesssity to feel anything othe rthan the reflection of your own light!!
That loving yourself...loving who I have made you as, needs no self-improvemnt.
As a human being and a spirtual entity having a human experienc it is surely BLESSED!!!So, Love one-another.LOVE, dear one, Love...love yourself!!!
