Ah, Chrystal K. Certainly,
Ah, Chrystal K. Certainly, there can be great benefit in meditating and reading scriptures etc. I do think, however, it is one thing to choose to read scriptures because you think you have to and quite another thing to read scriptures because that's where you are and you want to read them because of the joy they give you. Where is it said someone has to meditate or read scriptures in order to experience Heaven on Earth while we are still in human bodies? When something is joy, it is one thing. When it's sacrifice, it's something else.
One of the nice things about Heavenletters is that no one makes you read them. No one says you have to read them. If they speak to your heart, read them, fine. Remember that you have free will.
I'm no one to advise anyone, you understand. But I would say: "Crystal, take a break for a while. Go have some fun. Eat something you like. Have some laughs. Read a romance novel.
For one week, maybe deny yourself meditating and scriptures. Do not allow yourself to meditate nor read scriptures, and then after a week, maybe you will really want to!"
With love and blessings,
