This is not effort. This is ease

Your littleness has used itself up. It is tired of itself. It doesn't want to control you anymore. It wants greatness to take over.

Sometimes it can seem as if we are asked to do certain things or to think and feel certains ways, but if you look more closely there is no "Thou shalt" involved anywhere. Everything is really coming from within and God is only making suggestions to help us become aware of the changes that want to come from within. That is why I experience Heavenletters as the only truly free and freeing message in the world. Consider this:

There is at least one little thing the great beingness of you can do or say or look that will give light to someone else's eyes right now. It looks like a to-do at first sight, almost like a job assignment. But the next sentence says: Or perhaps it is not saying or doing or looking, but glowing. If I contemplate "glowing" for a few moments, it becomes clear that "glowing" is not something that's done but something wanted and longed for. And this is what it comes down to: There is some climate you can change today, some sweetness you can offer. Offer it to your self, and see what the changes outside you are. See what comes to you. See what you go to. How releasing, how absolutely wonderful! The simple message I hear more and more clearly is: Love yourself and let yourself off every last hook.

It seems to me that this is really the only question there is: What do you want to flow from you? What will flow back to you?

Finally, let's have a look at what this Heavenletter says about change. We are always quick to point out things about others, the world and ourselves that have to change and have to change fast and have to change fundamentally. But look at how much more gently God puts it when He asks us to try something else. He says: Even one tiny change creates a landslide. Or ... make a tiny change in the picture you project. Or Don't go along anymore. Stop a minute, and reflect. This minute, what might you do differently? Even infinitesimally different. Then do it. Reverse your strategy. Go a different route in life. Stop more often. Notice more on the way.

The more I read and comment, the more nuances I find and would like to comment on. But no one is going to read this when it gets too long, so i'll stop here. What an exquisitely crafted piece. All of it may be a footnote to this:

The only thing you have been lacking is love for yourself.
