What a beautiful and most timely (aren't they all?) Heaven Letter for me as I continue to train for next year's Boston Marathon...it is truly 90% mind set and 10% physical. What a gift you give me this day with Heaven Letters God....You speak to what is in my heart and help me to echo with great resounding the gratitude I feel for the healing that has taken place in my body after having been stricken with polio and then post polio syndrome. I cherish this Heaven Letter and I cherish you Gloria for being the vessel through which God's love so easily flows.
Fatigue also comes from the weight of the world being carried on one's shoulders; the weight of the shackles of the past. Once these are removed and we live in the moment with God...the brilliant energy of God's never ending love can course through every vein, every cell, every movement -- I am at one with God - body, mind and spirit.
