I love to cook, bring it on Rachel Ray or any other top chef! I love boating, water skiing, snow skiing, spending time with friends & my extended family.I believe in reincarnation & some of our fears could be based in past life experiences. I believe in UFO's & have seen one up close & personal. I enjoy traveling and have been to 80% of the U.S. states, their is something great about each one. Would like to travel out of the country someday. My favorite book (this week) is The Secret of Shambhala By James Redfield. Something about yourself

I am 48, wife & mother of 6 sons. I live in the country, postcard beautiful setting. I like walks in nature, kundalini yoga,the treadmill & most especially the sauna! I spend quite time each day & meditate. (great to do in the sauna) I volunteer at the National Vaccine Information Center & Ohio Parents for Vaccine Safety.Not a believer in big medicine but rather nature. "the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations."
Constanly working on re-discovering my soul & oneness with God.
