The journey starts whenever it starts. No matter at what age, it is important to simply start with no regrets for not having started sooner. The more I practice this, and walk my spiritual path, the more I let go of agism and simply judge the spirit by the spirit. I've met a 74-year-old who is just starting her journey and children who are spiritual masters. How fun is that?
