Here are topics to refrain from posting here:

Politics, for example. People tend to get emotional when politics are brought up. Please do not even mention political candidates. We know politics have a place in the world, and yet we simply don’t want heated debates here. There are plenty of other forums that welcome a good argument or discussion about politics. This forum just isn’t one of them!

Another topic to refrain from is religion. We have people from all faiths here. People naturally feel strongly about the religion of their choice, and we don't want anyone's feelings hurt here. Again, there are other forums that welcome discussions and comparisons regarding religions. Just not here. Please, no references.

With all love and regard for the beauty and wisdom of all religions, this is not a religious site. It is not a Christian site nor is it a Jewish site or Muslim or Bahai site etc.. We have people from all faiths here, and we don't want anyone's feelings hurt here. Again, there are other forums that welcome discussions and comparisons regarding religions. Just not here. There are plenty of sites devoted to religion and Holy Books. We are a spiritual site. I know it's hard to refrain, especially when there are exquisite parallels between a particular Heavenletter and a particular religion.Thank you so much.

This is not the place for paranormal or esoteric subjects.

Naturally, words that someone might consider swearing or off-color don't belong here. When in doubt, don't. Even expressions that are commonplace today, please don't use them here.

No jokes, please! No formal jokes, that is. By all means, keep your sense of humor!

We ask you not to promote your own or anyone's product or website here, or to any way appear to be promoting. We ask that you refrain from explanations or descriptions of what your business or service or spiritual or poetic site offers. This is a site for spiritual expansion with a focus on Heavenletters. It is not for doing business or expanding even your own spiritual site. What you offer may be supreme. Nevertheless, this Heaven forum is not a place to post your blog entries etc.

The link to your site belongs only in your profile page. Heavenreaders are savvy. If they want to visit your site, they will. Let's allow the people who come to this forum be free of references to other sites. There is so much of that everywhere. Let this forum be a place where we are freed from the commercial world and also freed from references to spiritual and creative writing sites even when they're free and given from your heart.

Along with this, no cross-posting your comments. Post your comment in one place only.

We are not a prayer group. We ask you to please refrain from requesting us to pray for others, no matter how worthy the cause. We are so sorry for any personal or public heartbreak, but we ask you to post only uplifting and inspiring news on this forum. There are many wonderful prayer groups around. We care about you and we care about your welfare, and we want all good for you and everyone in the world, yet we are not a prayer group.

In line with this, the news and TV constantly remind us of illness, addictions, crime etc. Can we stay away from these issues here?

Because this is a non-moderated forum, we reserve the right to delete published postings in whole or in part without notification or discussion.
