You cannot turn your back on Me. No matter where you turn, I am. There is no place you can turn where I am not. But I am not your shadow; I am your light.

My light will shine on you no matter what, no matter what you think and do, no matter where you think you are, no matter what you think or do not think of Me.

There is no escape from the God of Love. You cannot flee from Me because I am on all sides of you and above and beyond. The fact is I carry you.

Worry is worry, and it serves no purpose but itself. Worry on big or small is still worry, and it does not become My children to worry. It does not matter over what. Worry for the world is not better worry than worry for a little thing. Worry is its own thing and serves itself. It serves not the world, nor you, nor Me.

My children see judgment as a means to a good end. Those who judge you mean to improve you. They mean to bring you over to their way of thinking which they are sure is right.

Even if yesterday they thought something different, they want to bring you to their way of thinking today.

Judgment is an imposition. It is an intrusion. You would never impose. You would never intrude. And yet you judge. Whether you keep it to yourself or not, judgment does its work. It damages a heart. On some level it presses down the judged one's heart.

You are sentimental, but I am not. Sentiment is too small. Memories are filled with sentiment. Go beyond memories and sentiment. There is a larger field for you to roam in.

Wishes, which do not see far enough, are too short and come from sentiment also. Sentiment is a kind of longing, a longing you try to fill by popping a memory or a meager wish into your mouth. Memories are not long. They may go far back, but they are not long.

You like it when you hear stories of heroes. You like it because stories of courage remind you of My heart. Courage does not come from the individual. It comes from Me.

Courage is your heart speaking My own, just as kindness is.

It takes courage to be kind. It takes kindness to be courageous. Heart leaps over heart. Heart wraps itself around life. Heart serves Me. That is all it is. It is not another that you are serving. It is I you serve in service to another.

All kindness is to Me. All courage is from Me. To and from are no difference. It is of Me you sing.

You are not a stranger to Me, nor are you a stranger to yourself. Yet you keep discovering Me, and you keep discovering yourself. You keep finding new elements of yourself. They are not new but your rediscovery makes them seem new. You do not know of what you are made until you come across it, and then you are amazed at the wealth of wonder you are.

And are you not My wondrous creation? Are not My Human beings the most capacious of all? You are the spectrum of My light.

The glory you give to Me is glory you give to the wholeness of life. Wholeness means fullness. And fullness means Oneness. Your heart is full when it sinks into the Oneness of all creation. All the energy of the world is united in Me, and therefore in you, and therefore in Us.

You can think of Oneness as a circle if you like. All is contained within. And yet there is no circle because nothing is kept without. We are all one whirling light. Our light spreads, and yet We are One.
