- Something about yourself
I am a 62 year young man, retired from (most recently) self-employment as a licensed massage therapist and have worked in several different areas including electronics technician, crisis intervention and gardening/handy work. I am a reiki practitioner doing volunteer work with a community service group and for a local hospice organization. I have been a student of Truth since my 20s and have in recent years found increasing awakening to the joyous remembrance of our true identity as the unfolding presence of the One. My deepest desire/wish/intent is to be part of the realization of a world community based on the love and joy that is the true nature of LIFE (Love In Full Expression).

Hide And Peek
I think I saw God today.
Her legs were short and round
as she clung to mother’s skirt,
and her smile was slightly timid.
But her eyes sparkled with “I see you!”
and my heart sang out “I see you, too!”I saw him again, coming through the door,
a bit older this time, a bit stooped in stature,
but his eyes still sparkled as I lent a hand.
Though the smile was toothless it was far from “youth-less”
and my heart was warmed in its thankful glow. She was there again as the cashier laughed
at some corny quip I dropped in passing,
her smile alight with friendship
and her eyes still shining with recognition.
My heart rejoiced to hear her voice
in the give and take of a working day.On the way home I saw him
in the simmering sunset,
his smile in the soft clouds,
eyes gleaming in the sun’s last rays.
My heart gave thanks for being witness
to those wondrous mirrors that let me see
the shining Light inside of me.rcd 12/23/2005

As soon as I received Heavenletters from a friend, they resonated with me. I wanted to share them with my friends because they state so eloquently how to deal with some of the more difficult situations in life and career. In order to move on from them --- and to face other creative and momentous challenges -- change is necessary.
There are some tough questions in life, and these letters get to the heart of it all. They are profound, my reality, and they are sound advice for those that want to have a happy, fulfilled life. They are guides to finding our own personal truths.
