Hi! I am having trouble subscribing. I have tried it multiple times but it always fails. It says I am already subscribed, but I do not receive the emails. Can you help? -Rich

I can only think of 2 possibilities and 2 suggestions..

Your email server is redirecting Heavenletters to the spam/junk folder (how rude!)
or
Our email software is having problems with all the dots in your email address (unlikely)

1 suggestion is for you to try using an alternate email account, which may not be too convenient for you.
The other is to get a colleague at your workplace to subscribe and see if they manage to receive Heavenletters. They can always unsubscribe after the test.
