Beloved Sheryl, how sorry we are that you are not receiving your Heavenletters.

I'm pretty sure I have the right Sheryl P. To be certain: Do you live in California? Have you been subscribing since 2006? Does your email address begin with shar?

If you are this Sheryl, I don't know why you are not receiving. The data base says you are active and subscribed. It doesn't show any bounces. But you know whether you are receiving or not, and you are not receiving!

There was one thing in your account that seemed unusual, however. It shows you subscribed to English Heavenletters and now also to our Farsi translations. Is this an error, Sheryl? Yet this wouldn't stop your English Heavenletters.

Do you happen to have another email address? We have experienced that sometimes some internet providers consider Heavenletters spam and block them without telling you. I do not know if this is happening in this case.

If you don't mind, would you be able to contact your internet service provider and tell them you are not receiving Heavenletters and that you want them.

Do you, by any chance, have another email address? Would you consider getting a gmail address? www.gmail.com There is a way to use gmail and have Heavenletters automatically sent to your regular email address so you don't have to look in two places. Gmail is never blocked by any internet service provider.
